I am currently undergoing accredited training and am a proud member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). This ensures I follow professional standards, I am fully ensured and work under regular supervision, staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field. Free initial consultation

Taking the first step can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free initial consultation. This is a relaxed, no-obligation chat—either in person or online—where we can talk about what’s brought you to hypnotherapy and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy may be able to help. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether this approach feels right for you.


We’ll discuss the issues you’d like to address, explore how the brain works in relation to your goals, and outline what you can expect from sessions. There’s no hypnosis/trance during this initial meeting—just space to feel heard, informed, and comfortable. If you choose to move forward, we’ll then arrange your first full session at a time that suits you.
